Clean Room Design & Construction
Clean rooms designed around your needs by Acorn Warehouse Solutions
Acorn supplies and installs clean room solutions including walls, ceilings, windows and doors that are ideal for controlled environments in range of sectors including universities and research facilities, and in healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, food and drink and technology manufacturing.
Many different grades of hygienic clean room cladding are available depending on the environments and applications where they are to be used in.
All the hygienic wall cladding supplied by AWS is 100% watertight, making it ideal for deployment in sterile environments where a hygienic finish is critical.
A complete clean room solution
As well as the clean room design and construction including partition walls, doors, ceilings and windows, Acorn can also supply and install all ancillary systems including lighting, electrical and plumbing systems, heating and air conditioning and all other forms of utilities.
This means we can provide a complete one-stop solution for every cleanroom and controlled environment requirement. This solution ranges from the design and visualisation of your clean room environment, through to the installation, build and commissioning of the area, as well as maintenance and refurbishment services.
Hygienic and low maintenance
Our clean room wall cladding materials are easy to maintain. Unlike tiled walls, they never need to be re-grouted or treated for mould and are also rust-proof.
These clean room wall cladding materials can be readily washed down and some of the grades are also steam cleanable and chemical resistant.
Versatile uses of wall cladding
Wall cladding material is also increasingly used by companies in office and walkway environments as well as in laboratories, research and manufacturing units, because of the ease of maintenance and cleaning.
Such areas include publicly accessible areas such as reception areas and foyers where colour-branded wall cladding can make a strong statement. Accordingly, a huge range of colours and finishes is available, and can be supplied with overprinted logos and images.
A range of wall cladding thicknesses can be supplied, which means that even the most damaged walls can be covered. Wall cladding is also ideal to use in listed buildings or rented buildings where great care needs to be taken with the buildings walls.
AWS can construct a framework in front of the existing walls and clad against this. This is an ideal solution in situations where pipes or cables must be concealed.
